Key Achievements:
• Financial inclusion rate increased to 69% from 59% in 2020 • Mobile money accounts reached 8 million • Agent banking points expanded to 12,000 nationwide
Challenges and Way Forward:
Rural areas continue to lag in financial access. The Bank will intensify efforts in rural financial inclusion.
